Fob Request
All applicable forms must be completed and submitted in a single email to the District Manager at justin@publicalliancellc.com. Key fobs will only be issued after all required documentation has been completed and received by the District.
Rules and Regulations for District Amenities,Exhibit A to Amenities Regulations, Pool Forms for Property Owners, 2026Completion of this form is required for all homeowners. Submit one form per address and include the names of any additional non-property owners who should be associated with the account.
Exhibit B to Amenities Regulations, Pool Forms for Additional Authorized Users, 2026Required for all additional adult users. Please provide the contact information for each Adult individual named on the Pool Form for Property Owners.
Exhibit C to Amenities Regulations, Access Key Fob Request, 2026Completion of this form is required for all homeowners. One form must be submitted for each address. Two key fobs are provided per household, with additional key fobs available for purchase at a later date.
Exhibit D to Amenities Regulations, Pool Rules, 2026Exhibit E to Amenities Regulations, Pool Forms, Minor Release, 2026Completion of this form is required to authorize minors between the ages of 14 and 17 to access and use the amenity without adult supervision. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult or an approved minor. Any children listed on this form must also be included on the Pool Form for Property Owners.
